Guided Breathing Pause
Follow a short breathing rhythm when your attention feels crowded, your body feels activated, or you need a deliberate pause before deciding what comes next.
No account required. Personal wellness use only.
Breathing Reset guides you through a short, timed breathing rhythm. You can choose a softer exhale, balanced breathing, box breathing, or an extended exhale, then adjust the number of rounds and guidance settings.
The goal is not to force calm. The goal is to create a small pause and notice whether anything shifts.
